Let’s pretend an inspiring person is coming over for lunch or dinner! What are you going to prepare for them? 

Guess who’s my guest project offered first-year students attending the Catering and Hospitality school the privilege to host a special guest. People who, despite adverse circumstances strongly believed in their dreams. They have become beacon of hope fighting to make the world a better place to be.

Students made their best effort to prepare a special dish using ingredients that would meet their guest preferences, suit their taste, and represent their personality.    

Moreover, the project allowed students to develop their sensitivity, appreciating the “where there’s a will, there’s a way” attitude.
